Background & Experience

Bob Holder, a Director of Stoy, Malone, joined the firm in 1962 and worked closely in the Bethesda office with both John Stoy and Jim Malone (for whom the firm is named).  Throughout his career, Bob has practiced in both the accounting and auditing areas, and in corporate and individual taxation.  In 1982,  Bob became President of the firm, a position he held until 2001, when the Bethesda office merged into the McLean, VA firm of  Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, PC where Bob became a shareholder.   He retired from that firm in 2008 and returned to practice with the Baltimore office of Stoy, Malone.  Bob has served clients of all sizes, from self-employed individuals to corporations listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
